Greg Maras brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, including more than two decades in senior executive roles. He has worked across organizations of varying size, with deep experience in healthcare and other regulated environments. His work has consistently focused on strengthening compliance, improving engagement, reducing turnover, and aligning HR with business performance. Greg believes HR can be a catalyst for organizational culture and results. While HR handles many technical and tactical responsibilities, it also plays a critical role in helping leaders understand the human and cultural impact of their decisions. His approach is pragmatic, values-driven, and focused on doing the right thing—early and consistently.
